Authorized Domains

In order for the widget to appear on your website, only domains that are authorized should be included. This ensures security and prevents it from being displayed on unauthorized domains.

Rate Limit

To prevent abuse on your agent, it's possible to limit the number of queries. Simply enable Rate Limiting, where you can adjust the number of messages per chat, the interval between them, and the time limit between messages.
